Compare MCA offers side by side

Enter the numbers from two written merchant cash advance offers to compare the cash you would actually receive, what you would repay, and the cost per dollar received. Calculations happen in your browser; nothing you type here is sent to Ventr3.

Illustrative example

Offer A (hypothetical)
$50,000 advance, 1.30 factor, $1,500 fees, 120 business days: $48,500 received, $65,000 repaid, $0.34 cost per $1 received, about $542 per business day
Offer B (hypothetical)
$45,000 advance, 1.25 factor, $0 fees, 160 business days: $45,000 received, $56,250 repaid, $0.25 cost per $1 received, about $352 per business day

Why compare net proceeds

Two offers with similar advance amounts can deliver different cash once fees or payoffs are deducted. Cost per dollar received divides total cost, including fees, by the cash you actually receive.

What this comparison does not capture

  • How fast the cost accrues over time; a shorter term increases the time-based cost.
  • Personal guarantees, default terms, confessions of judgment, or UCC filings.
  • Reconciliation rights, early-payoff discounts, or restrictions on other financing.
Common questions

Questions owners ask

Which MCA offer is cheaper?

Compare total cost including fees, divided by the cash you actually receive, and then compare payment size and term against your cash flow. A lower factor rate is not always the cheaper offer once fees and timing are included.

Does Ventr3 see the numbers I enter?

No. The comparison runs in your browser and does not submit or store the figures you enter.
