Who operates this site

This website is operated by AiPEx LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Ventr3," "we," "us"). Ventr3 is a brand operated by AiPEx LLC.

Privacy requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted, email us at privacy@ventr3.com. Please include the name, business name, email address, and phone number you used with your inquiry so we can locate your record. We will respond within 30 days.

Information submitted in an MCA inquiry

The required inquiry form collects business name and state, industry, time in business, monthly revenue range, the exact amount requested, intended use of funds, prior funding application history and outcomes, current business funding payments, other qualifying details, name, email address, and phone number. It also collects three PDF bank statements for the most recent complete months. The form records required contact and privacy acknowledgments and whether you separately opted in to a provider referral. Referral code, first landing page, and validated UTM source, medium, and campaign values may also be recorded when available.

Upload statements only for a business you are authorized to represent. Do not upload statement passwords. Mask full bank account numbers where practical without obscuring business activity needed for review.

How inquiry information is used

Ventr3 uses your form answers and statements to review and manage your inquiry, preserve referral attribution, and contact you using the details you provide. Approved Ventr3 reviewers are the only people who can access bank statement files. Reviewer email notifications do not include statement files.

Ventr3 is an MCA broker, not a lender. We share an inquiry form and contact details with selected funding providers only if you check the separate, optional provider-referral consent. Those providers may then review the inquiry and contact you about funding options. Bank statements are never shared with providers. Each provider decides whether to offer funding and sets its own terms.

Optional MCA question assistant

Questions you choose to send to the optional MCA assistant are sent to our AI service provider to select relevant public Ventr3 information. Ventr3 does not save chat questions or histories in its database, and the assistant cannot access private inquiry records.

Ask general questions only. Do not include contact details, account numbers, credentials, or personal business finances. Questions and answers are not sent to analytics. The calculator and inquiry form remain available without using the assistant.

Cookies and attribution

The first-party ventr3_attribution cookie lasts up to 30 days and stores a referral code, validated campaign labels, and the first recognized public landing path. It is used to preserve attribution for an inquiry. The ventr3_consent cookie stores analytics and advertising choices for up to 180 days.

Analytics

Analytics events are sent only after analytics consent. They use event names and limited labels such as page category, button location, calculator control, referral presence, intake step, and notification state. The event wrapper does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, revenue or amount answers, or free-form form content.

Advertising and retargeting

Google Ads tags load only when the advertising identifiers are configured and advertising consent is granted. The site sends a page view and, after a server-confirmed inquiry submission, a conversion event without enhanced conversions or inquiry details. Google and the browser may process their own identifiers and cookies under their applicable terms.

Sharing and retention

Inquiry details may be processed by the service providers that host the website, store its data, and deliver Ventr3 reviewer notifications. A selected funding provider receives the inquiry form and contact details only after you give the separate optional referral consent. Ventr3 never sends bank statement files to a funding provider or attaches them to email.

Bank statements are stored in private storage accessible only to approved Ventr3 reviewers and are scheduled for automatic deletion 180 days after upload. Other inquiry records are retained as needed to review and administer the inquiry and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements; they do not have the same 180-day deletion period. Optional analytics and advertising data are handled under the cookie choices described above.

Cookie choices

Use the Cookie settings control at the bottom of the page to change optional analytics and advertising choices. Referral and inquiry attribution remains enabled so a submitted inquiry can retain its source.
