Florida merchant cash advance inquiries
Information for Florida business owners considering a merchant cash advance, plus an inquiry form for this page. Ventr3 is a broker, not a lender; funding providers decide eligibility, offers, and terms. Your location does not establish eligibility.
Florida Commercial Financing Disclosure Law
Florida’s Commercial Financing Disclosure Law (Florida Statutes section 559.961 and following) has applied to covered transactions since January 1, 2024. Its definitions include accounts receivable purchase transactions, the structure many merchant cash advances use, as well as commercial loans and open-end plans.
The law also defines brokers and addresses advance fees that brokers may assess or collect before a transaction closes.
This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice. Coverage depends on the transaction and the provider; confirm details with the provider or a qualified advisor.

Questions owners ask
Can a Florida business get a merchant cash advance through Ventr3?
Ventr3 accepts MCA inquiries from Florida businesses and may route them to third-party funding providers. Providers decide eligibility and terms, and some may not work with businesses in every state. An inquiry is not a promise of an offer.
Does Florida cap merchant cash advance costs?
Ventr3 does not give legal advice. Read the cost figures in the provider’s written disclosure and contract, and speak with a qualified advisor if you have questions about the law that applies to your transaction.
Will my bank statements be shared with funding providers?
No. Only approved Ventr3 reviewers can access your statements, and they are deleted after 180 days. Sharing your inquiry form and contact details with a provider requires your separate, optional consent.
